Member: 2445762 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Error Code 33111 Solved ! If you're getting this above issue then you should check your Java Version First thing open command prompt and type: java -version It should look like this java version "1.8.0_151" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_151-b12) Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 25.151-b12, mixed mode, sharing) If you see something else other than this then you have to uninstall java To uninstall quickly follow this link https://www.java.com/en/download/uninstalltool.jsp Click On "I Agree terms etc.. " Run the setup and select the Java version other than Java 151 to uninstall Reboot and try to update from Gcpro tool Note: "Gcpro works better on JDK (jdk1.8.0_151) " If still your issue is not resloved then you can try the below steps If your working on windows 10 type 'Advanced' in search box select 'View Advanced system settings' Under 'System properties' select 'Environment Variables' Under 'System Variables' tab Select New Under 'New System Variable' window there are tow empty fields (Variable Name and Variable value) Your can copy paste or type Variable name: JAVA_HOME Variable value: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_151 click on 'OK' Now again under System Variable select Path and Edit Now under 'Edit environment Variable' select 'New' In the blank filed copy paste or type : C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_151 Select 'OK' Select 'OK' for everything before you exit the System Variable Window To make sure you have the right version set Go in command prompt and type: java -version Please go to gcproupdate tool inside gc folder. update it It should fix it . |
