Trying eng firmware, still same problem. I tried rooting with old root method to try write cert using adb but the phone won't take it.

Flash combination.
Run exynos unlock.
Use imeicert write or imeicert write usb.
Post results.

Are you sure you used exynos unlock when ur on combination firmware ?
if still same contact me on skype i need more test on such phone version.
