G920TUVU5EPK5 New security, the device is already root but cant repair imei now write cert cause of new modem, any solution to write imei? Uart cable not work, adb works but need security.

The only thing you is going to obtain with this advice is an "unknown baseband" problem because the RBP.

All that you need is the engineering modem with rollback bit 5.

Steps to repair IMEI without Eng modem

1. Root your device
2. Wipe EFS
3. Bypass Knox
4. Repair IMEI

That's all....

All these steps can be seen in THIS post with your same security.

That is a false statement you do not always get unknown base and for flashing a lower modem that is stupid do you not read on forum where people tell you to downgrade modem all the time lol.. I do it all the time with no problems. As well as many other users

On my small phone tech practice, I have noticed, Exynos chip set based hurts imei and baseband more frecuently and easily than Qcom ones. Why is that? I have no answer and I could be wrong. Peace, brothers. BR
