Try flashing combination and see if you can root it( mostly combination has old os inside,try kingroot apk or any other root procedure). After that try gc pro remove reactivation lock. In past i did root some mobiles having combination os inside. But I'm not sure about Verizon Variant. Try your luck.

Recheck steps if steps are wrong results is same.
If still same flash same rev combination bootloader and do again.

We will improve RLOCK ADB soon to support all 64bit device.. at present it was only supporting 32bit

GCPro support FRP_UFS will remove FRP/REACTIVATION/EELOCK same time.

Thanks I got it working with FRP_UFS

I flashed eng root, combination, and nothing worked.
I reflashed stock QJ1, then it worked when I held volume and power down for EXACTLY 5 seconds. First try
