Hello
Reactivation remove on exynos shannon phones only possible via download mode with old bootloader. sad that samsung updated all his phone to latest no solution to downgrade.

But some of combination may work if still same rev code as your phone.
Use search and find all basic details on section.

One more method is flash eng root if device stable on after flashing atlast for 10 sec use frp remove adb to wipe both frp and reactivation..
