ayuda con esto, cuando la trato de activar al update 61 me arroja este error y cuando abro el update 61 me dice lo siguiente

con un warning ... card not found ... error 33111.

My card was block it but support send me a software to fix it and is working but allway appear this message desconect your card to avoid to block... I dont know what is the problem, Gc_support told me "Log say it's locked due to 10 bad commands to card" and my question is " Bad Commands what it means"... I have other boxes and I don't have this problem... Thank You so much...

Hi, the message "desconect your card to avoid to block" it's a normal message, just appear to let you know if you have connected your smartcard and you do a not allowed step (ex. remote) or use any illegal program (ex. flexihub) your card will be blocked.

"Log say it's locked due to 10 bad commands to card" you should know what exactly you did, maybe another card or not allowed software.
