• Precautions !! Read it Carefully !! if you failed to update, you may loose your GCPRO for ever !! by any Reason you managed to damaged your GCPRO we will not RESPONSIBLE
  • Make Sure GcPro is connected/Plugged directly into computer's usb port.
  • Do not Connect/Plug GcPro to USB HUB
  • If you have GcPro. Make sure you follow all above steps as well as USB cable is not more than 1 metter.
  • Make sure you use STABLE Internet. If during update internet disconnected you may lose your Gcpro.
  • Make sure you have Enough POWER BACKUP !! During Update if Computer Restarted or powered off result will be Bricked GCPRO
  • EACH GCPRO ALLOWED ONLY ONCE FOR UPDATE, DO NOT TRY TO UPDATE WITHOUT ANY REASON OR IF YOU GET ANY ERROR DO NOT TRY TO UPDATE AGAIN AND IF YOU ARE NOT SURE CONTACT WITH YOUR RESELLER FOR UPDATE
  • you do not understand any thing, we advice you do not update GCPRO to your own self. you must contact with your reseller for update.
  • Make sure no FIREWALL or ANTIVIRUS running behind & not blocked connectivity of GCPRO to it's server.
  • Make sure Windows Defender Add Folder Exclude from scan C:\GCPro_Team\ before start update or any exe.
  
  
  

• Download GCPro SETUP from SUPPORT AREA
• Open GCPro UPDATE Tool from desktop.
• Select "Update GcPro" from list
• Click on "Do Job"

  • Common Server Problems,
    • ERR_BADCMD or SN GC00000000
      • You need to contact GCPro_support at skype with your REAL SN or last fail log.
    • ERR_USE_LATEST_UPDATE
      • You need to Download & Use Latest GCPRO Update... Support Area links already given in 1st post.
    • Card is not Allowed to UPDATE
      • If you get reply "NOT ACTIVE". you have to contact with your Reseller. Ask him to ADD serial in server for activation. Only your Reseller Can do !!!
      
      
      

• you can confirm by "ADB INFO" from GCPRO software or Dial *#1234# from Mobile and check Firmware version inside phone.

• S1 OR U1 this means your phone have REV 1 Firmware. So,
  • For G950U Flash G950U_SQU1AQDB_ENG_SPRINT_UNLOCK
  • For G955U Flash G955U_SQU1AQD8_ENG_SPRINT_UNLOCK
• S2 OR U2 this means your phone have REV 2 Firmware. So,
  • For G950U download G950USQU2AQK2 full combination from internet and flash the phone (flash complete combination file)
  • For G955U download G955USQU2AQK2 full combination from internet and flash the phone (flash complete combination file)
• Select Sprint Unlock from GCPro software. It will Unlock your phone
• after successful unlock. Flash Stock firmware to your phone.

• you can confirm by "ADB INFO" from GCPRO software or Dial *#1234# from Mobile and check Firmware version inside phone.

• if you do not follow it exactly it will stuck on logo you have to reflash stock and continue again from first step.

• S1 OR U1 this means your phone have REV 1 Firmware. So,
  • For N950U Flash N950U_SQU1AQH8_ENG_SPRINT_UNLOCK
• S2 OR U2 this means your phone have REV 2 Firmware. So,
  • For N950U Flash N950U_SQU2AQK2_ENG_SPRINT_UNLOCK

• Uninstall complete GCPRO setup/update/installed files from your computer.
• ReDownload & Install GCPRO latest setup from Support Area
• Add C:\GCPro_Team\ folder into TRUSTZone/Exclude on your AntiVirus
• These above steps should solve your problem. but somehow if still getting same error then you have to clean your pc from any malware & virus by any AntiMalware & AntiVirus.
• This error only comes only when your windows is VIRUS INFECTED AND CORRUPTED GCPro ADB_SERVICE\adb.exe.
• Make sure do not make any change on ADB_SERVICE folder,This error have nothing to do with CARD ACTIVATION, CARD UPDATE,CARD LOCK ETC.
• if still issue please check your PC for virus.. scan with better antivirus etc.
