Thumbs down GCpro no Answer Complains, and close threads


Somebody on this forum, Close a thread open by me 4 day ago About the Lot of Gcpro user we have unused cards after try to update with version 60, here in the forum the only answer is supporters said that contact him by Skype, things that is impossible, 4 days tryng to contact by skype and no luck, and like me lot of user, Please somebody why close a post without find a solution, Gcpro team keep get deaf ear to users complains, Thanks.

How can i help when you did not posted serial ?

There is no other way to help.. there is sticky thread to continue no need to post 10 thread for same thing it will be deleted. because lot other will spam instead of you post something.

Hi Thanks to you my problem is solved, But please not feel offended in my opinion you have to put more attention in clients complain, is good for ypur bussines, any way thanks again, Merry Christams an Happy new Year.
