I have weeks trying to register my box, and they just ignore me, what do I have to do to be treated? or definitely throw it away. I need to use the tool, please help.

My purchase was at GSMSERVER

Gsmserver have to activate it. Not here. I bought mine from ipboxstore and i had to write an email to them to activate the box. They responded me instantly and my gcpro working in less than 5 hours.
