Uninstall java, do a registry clean, reboot pc, install java, reboot pc, follow the steps in this post http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f922.../#post12819406 and try again but WARNING some card are getting blocked or damage with this update, i suggested to you that keep using update 58 till support solve this issue.
