hello, good night last Thursday download the new version of g pro key. install the new program, open in administrator mode I made a process and close the program. When I want to reopen it, it says "card blocked ...", I opened the maintenance program, I read it to the card, and it reads it but says it is blocked and asks me to send the log to support. I already did it through the reseller that sold me the dongle. but we still do not have ANSWER. I need to use it. please ask for an answer to continue using our g pro key. greetings .mastercellnqn

Thanks for provide last failed log. its internet issue your side.
Make update gcpro again, make sure this time internet is stable and do not plug any other box tool or phone while update is working.. also not download torrents or files while update is running we need STABLE internet to update your CARD.
