If you need help please post update gcpro log from update tool. without log we can not see what reason your having issue also without card sn we can not help.
Make sure you have installed latest GCPro68SetupFix from support.

Your card locked due to spy tool. we do not offer unlock or support for such card sorry.You can buy new and don't use spy tool next time.

If you think its mistake you can contact us at skype with logs for SPY TOOL DETECTED from your c:\gcpro_team\logs\ folder and we will verify it for you.
