1) Contact us via www.gcprokey.com live chat give us full log from update and email you used to register that gcpro.

2) Contact us via skype gcpro_support give us full log from update and email you used to register that gcpro.

There is no other option to solve this. Reseller will not help regarding this. You must contact us(GCPro_Support)

everything was working before 73 update, now when i run 73 it says "update your card",
when i use updater it says "card already updated" , what is going on??

No, I'm pretty sure everybody's box is a brick right now unless they updated at an earlier date. Why isn't GCPro responding to my offline messages or my email that I responded to them with?

Why is this taking so long? Is the customer service just terrible?
