help does not detect ports


some gcpro solution does not detect any port after updating

May be you did not plug any phone or box? if its not exist in pc how can gcpro can detect ?
Show me device manger ports and modems section is there any exist ?

Hello
Please try to set pc language to English and restart pc.Now recheck if its solved?
if yes I will fix such bug in next release.
If no then you need to check permission of your pc or policy which not let even admin to access winmgmts.
