this is a Verizon phone and it comes unlocked.

Most Every NEW Verizon Samsung phone (Note2/3/4/5 - Galaxy S3/4/5/6) comes factory unlocked for GSM use only. No need to unlock this phone....If it's not working probably hardware issue / antenna. Make sure phone is in GSM mode or Global Mode
