GCPro will work on any windows no one reported any issue till date.
CARD LOCK only come if you use spy tools while gcpro is running. if any other reason card is locked you can post on sticky activation thread no need to worry unless you use SPY TOOLS.

we will not unlock such users who locked while using SPY TOOL.

most users what are spy tool ?
Answer is ask google. usb spy,comport spy etc etc.

stanner_austin my gcpro is lock i was using two boxes at the same time sigma and gcpro all together sharing the usb port from sigma and using gcpro for work

GCPro is for private use only remote use of GCPro software is card banned for ever without refund of credits or anything else. check terms of using GCPro software at GCPROKEY
