Do you have the diagnostic port activated? .... it has to be active if the device is not unlocked, Regards Eddy

you have to enable diagnostic port..in order to do so,u need to read spc first..then enable and then unlock on samsung usb serial port

is it temporary? if customer will reset the phone or upgrade it over wifi will it lock again?

YES Will relock...this RSA security sprint released is unbreakable for now from my assumptions..just keep imei and matching spc for each device u do WRITTEN DOWN to lessen the hassle if such relock situations should arise and customer take back phone...
