So weird, gcpro, as far as I know on unlock proccess does not touch handset imei; any way,, Dont you have nv data back up? That'd be the solution of your problem. I will flash that phone with stock sw too, I mean, the one phone's running on.

have the nv data backup that gcpro makes but i dont see an option to write it in gcpro and down loading the firmware now but wanted to get input before i did anything that could be counter productive. strange thing is i see nothing in the imei section expected all 0's, null, or some generic number starting with zeros but no just black space.

tried skype waiting for the usual "all models helpfiles in updatexx\helpfiles\" before i do anything other than write the original firmware again. will be sticking to just buying app unlocks for these phones, not worth the hassle.

You can downgrade to this version PJ3 (it is safe)
and do unlock again, but the unlock should works fine in Pk6.
You can try this option

Well i tried unlocking again on the same firmware did the process and this time the imei and basband were fine but searching for signal stayed, i did a network search and it sees 3 of 4 but just says cant connect try later. I assume something got damaged and will probably never pick up networks again but i ll give this a shot and hope i m wrong.

tried the down grade and no go, even tried to unlock with Z3X as i figured i had nothing to lose and still the same, still searching. IMEI and baseband are still there also. As i said before it appears to be unlocked and now damaged so it wont register on a network.

Hello
GCPro automatic backup nv data before tmobile unlock in latest update. so you can restore it via write nv data option if you don't know this thats' why we told to read helpfiles.

Second thing is before unlock did you checked cert ? *#0011# or readinfo uart to make sure its pass ?

Did you checked in your backup\android-idxxx\ nv data or efs first backup before using other tools ?

don't forget gcpro will make each time different android-id so each time nv backup or efs backup is gone to different folder in side \backup\

Find oldest/first one when phone condition was locked and original see if its help.

checked cert and it passed and even now still passes

restored nv data before using other tool, other tool was last effort before giving up.
