Get working phone.
enable diag and install driver.
select port and any model from list.
go to qcom tab
press read qcn button.

we have no working phone nor qcn for such phone.

this phone need no any box to repair unknown baseband it only needs you and the phone in hand, ie if the phone corrupt baseband during reset or some kind of software prob juspm me
