problem, not sure if its solved for good yet or if it will pop up again.

Did this unlock yesterday with update 49 it appeared to go fine with no problems and APN settings were good so the phone was given to the customer. A few hours later the customer comes back saying the phone no longer has a signal so I look and it says service disabled I go into network settings the network settings and mobile networks is grayed out. I asked the customer what they did if anything and to be honest or they would just be wasting time I could be saving, the customer said she was messing with the network settings and changed it from Global to lte/cdma which we do not have in El Salvador and after that she could not longer get into mobile networks.

Put in an original Sprint SIM and gave the mobile network options but when I put the local SIM back in it was grayed out. Did the unlock procedure again with no change the mobile network option stayed grayed out, I finally decided to do a factory reset of the device which still had the local SIM and it immediately registered the local network after setup and all appeared to be well. This morning when I woke up however the phone was back to service disabled I was going to do another factory reset but instead opted to do network settings reset which is above factory settings reset and it instantly detected the local network again. Don{t know if anyone has run into anything similar before.
