so i did it a couple more times, and now it works with calls and text but no data even after i put in the APN

This is patch unlocking like Sprint s7 after update phone will get lock again it means Gcpro using patch unlocking.and something with LG

Your information is wrong.. there is no patch in lg sprint unlock.. And its impossible to patch something when there is NO ROOT.

second is most people use ##786 to reset which is not reset code its RELOCK code for sure phone gona relock.

if you use phone setting reset its not relock at all tested 100% by us most models 5.x & 6.x..

if you carefully look first post he used samsung sprint unlock on LG phones how you think its gona work ?

Ok then why s7 from Sprint get relocked after upgrade? I unlock s7 with z3x and upgrade everything working fine
