Lg Stylo 2 Boost mobile ( LS775) No service after unlock

I live in the USA and want to bring this phone overseas

I see this phone has a GSM mode in the mobile network settings and The APN can be edited as well.

But when I insert a Tmobile USA sim, the phones Searches forever and then Say no signal.

When I insert a foreign sim card it shows both ATT and Tmobile Networks as selectable Roaming networks.

If I were to go to a Different country other than the USA, will this Phone work on the Foregin GSM network? I don't want to use the phone In the USA anyways.

The invalid sim when away

The problem is that after unlocking and then choosing then GSM mode

the phone just searches for signal for couple of mins then say no service.

I don't think so because after unlock I can't really do nothing to the phone it ends up useless, I have to factory reset it to be able to use it but still shows Invalid SIM

I have the same issue with one I unlocked. Phone has clean imei, no invalid sim message. It gets signal for a moment then cuts out and does not establish signal again

You may want to try a couple of things ...

1. With QuickShortcut search for "ROAM"
Try all the activities till you find the one with network select manual/auto, set
to auto if selectable, roaming allow ALL, roam guard all OFF.

2. Enable GCF either via shortcut or preferably via NV item.

We need a way to read the spc/msl especially for nv read/write.
Octo seems to read it through the logcat/syslog or radiolog while entering ##3424#
