Yep same "shell" error here on LS991. Any suggestions from GC Support?

You are getting that error because gcpro wants to control what you put on your computer. You probably have usb redirector installed and that is why you are getting that error message. Ever since last update I have stopped giving any support or reports for gcpro and stop using it all together. And I will never recommend a product to anyone that has such limitations.

Please close all adb logger running in background. such like htc sync kies sidesync any rooting tools like king root make sure all other adb releated tools are off.

Please retry now if still issue contact me on skype i will check & fix issue.

Once again you are wrong.
GCPro just protecting his solution as much as possible..only for gcpro investor including you.
i really like to remind you check update history.. and check other tools as much we was weak that fast they able to copy paste.

even some now days saying all tmb without root unlock just lie,cheat,fake selling as much there crap they want.. but check history of ours..

we never lie.we never put fake update.always give all users world first.
fixed what ever bug reported.

if you still think its bug i be very glad to fix it.

Sorry for late answer. i do not care about other box and copy pasted tools.
GCPro can unlock such version with root already.

Without root bug is not fully closed but blocked with many stuff team is working to find solution to get again without root sim unlock.
