LS676 adb command error

I did everything closed all the adb sources from taskmanager but I can't get pass this error. I am getting this error all the time only on Gcprokey other box runs with adb. How to fix it?

some tools keep running there ADB even after they are closed.
make sure you have no adb.exe or cmd.exe running in task manager.

also check your winodws\system32\
if there is any adb.exe delete it.
uninstall automatic pc suite which use adb.

I fixed it thankyou. Console window thing in the task manager creating that problem. No need to remove any suite or adb program.

i am having the same issue but shuting off "console window" from task manager has done nothing. still getting same msg" Please close all adb command cmd pc suite etc tools you running in background...... "

i solved that, unintall all driver lg and intall that LGMobileDriver_WHQL_Ver_4.2.0
