after unlock it say unfortunately, System UI has stopped, here is log

Tick on relock and use sprint unlock again.
in lg tab imei1 box enter this
SKIP_DEB
now again do sprint unlock and say results.

Same thing is happening to me but after Skip_DEB the phone never gets network

So it unlocks but doesn't get network?

It says sucess and no more invalid SIM but even on GSM mode doesn't get signal

Yeah he knows we were doing some testing that's when he told me about the Skip_DEB but looks like a bug or something on new firmware

still invalid sim i think gc prokey cannot suuport latest fw ZV4

When you relock,after boot,just type SKIP_DEB in the imei area that stanner told u...dont relock again just sprint unock and insert sim then go to network and select gsm umts..

Fixed signal and apn work

It helps temporarily, but then the network disappears.
Please add support for this phone. Already there was a new version firmware LS775ZV5, but we can't still unlock this.
