put in BP tool the phone and install Motorola Diag port driver, select the port and unlock.

Enable diag only for rooted phones.
Motorola diag only enable via fastboot mode qcom tools or bp mode please use search next time.

try again with windows 7, drivers probably not working because outdated OS

Hello
All motorola need to edit your driver file and add vid/pid then it will detect driver.
stock motorola driver not support diag ports.. use search power explained lot time.

Right click in 3th option, click on update driver, do it automatically if it does not works, select from the list, must be motorola diag port, hope this help you. Also you can google this.

Is it possible to do with Windows 10, I have googled and have not found anyone who has done it with Windows 10. Watched many videos and all are with Windows 7. Do I need to install Windows 7 to install the diag drivers for the Motoe4. No problems with motoe5. Does anyone use Windows 10 to unlock Motoe4?

Hello
Its depend on your windows knowledge.. all windows other then XP need to disable driver enforce to install unsigned drivers.. due to motorola do not provide signed driver for diag mode..

search in google for more info about how to disable driver enforce for your windows.
Check post about how to edit motport.inf and add your vid/pid in section of your depending windows 32/64bit etc.

once ready that driver will be accepted and your able to detect port in device manager & gcpro .
