Hello
Please post log then we can compare why your phone not successful. most possible reason is your phone have latest baseband you may need to flash older.

I tried with the latest version of GCPRO and now it's unlocked. (Log missed but was successfully unlocked)

Please post readinfo adb so we can make list of supported security patch.

First unlock bootloader, put in QCOM mode and install driver, connect in this mode and scan port whith GCPRO tab QCOM mode click in button Motorola Unlock
