Its not read over usb/uart some time due to eng boot/root conflict.. that's no issue.. reflash and all is good to go.

Try enabling the modem port properly via the following adb/at commands.
Just remember some commands may fail, while other may work.
You may have to experiment a bit to see what works for you.
Sometimes the solution is as simple as plugging the phone into another usb port or another computer.
