Card not Found..... Error 33111 - GSM-Forum

I get this message when i try to register or activate my GCProkey. I've tried in more than 3 different pc and same error. Please help I bought from GSMSERVER and I have contact them already but still waiting for answer.

if you UPDTOOL not able to detect card then use this driver setup ..
AU9540DrvPkg V1.7.26.0_WHQL

if you can't register/active your dongle contact reseller to pass details to GPG or GPG team faisal only they can help.

Card not found or any key related issue you should contact your reseller.
We can just help you on support here.

Are you sure you are using latest updates?
and run them as admin ?

if same i thin you got bad reader or card.
contact reseller from where you buy only they can help.

Thank you for reply, Already did try on Windows 7 32 & 64 bits Vista 32 & 64 bits and XP And same error!!!!! Any other advice??

This might be your Smart Card Reader problem too. You can put the Smart Card to Other reader and run the GC Pro software.

Note: Ask your reseller before you open the seal of the Device.

Ok I contact them already and still waiting for answer they were supposed to reach development support and try to solve this issue. I have many devices waiting for solution I already had a GCprokey but, my partner step on it and got the dongle and card messed up i placed the smart card on a different reader but no luck that's why i bought a new one. Customers are desperate to have their devices serviced, and make me desperate too. Well Let's see whats up with these device. Thanks anyway for your support and hopefully get it working A.S.A.P. gcpro use normal jcop card with evm reader made by GPG team.
You can uninstall all other smart card reader driver usb token,usb token hub to reinstall all drivce once you plug dongle in pc..

hii
when i connect my octopus box my computer recognize new hardware but it just install
generic usb hub and usb serial converter
when i try to go into software it tell me that card cant found
i tried it in 3 computers win 7 32 bit and win xp and win 8 32 bit
and have the same problem
my s/n box: 000200977D
plz help
