N960U is a MSLcert based phone. Using MSL Code is a waste of money.

@japunlock
Hello
Please attach readinfo adb log before making question. without carrier we can not advice.
Any model newer then S9 is use MSLCERT msl code is not going work on such device. we have mslcode service but not have mslcert service at present.

If its application locked gcpro will support it in coming updates. if it's anything else will take some time to support it.

Thank you for your answers I don't have read info via adb log right now but it is 1 n960u phone locked, operator logo at startup only says spectrum, I will have to order factory unlock code from any other source
It does ask for unlock code, not app locked phone

Yes, you need 2 things,

Read your original Note 9 cert (you need this)

Wipe efs on the Note 9 (this will unlock your Note 9)

Write back the cert for your Note 9 (if you dont do this imei will be 000 and no network)

Thanks,
