Can someone please tell me how to stop this from happening??

Try run cmd as admin the do sfc /scan

Install the smart card Driver and ftdi box driver from support links you haven't already. The first pic looks like a Microsoft Office file

The first part is a corrupt installer package which will be repaired if you run the Windows system file check

Ok so I got the software from the same resources that everyone else and I get this....

Uninstall any USB port sharing apps like flexihub, USB gate etc and restart your pc. Gcpro doesn't open with these type of apps installed on your pc. Especially Eltima softs as the log shows. Post back results.

I don't know if TV support USB remote but you can try cleaning your Pc now for leftovers of the USB related software. You may have more unknown software preventing it still
