is possible that you not have install some complement on windows. check this or redownload updated.

yes i have install microsoft visual c++ and netframework 4.5

corrupted download or virus in pc..
re download from 3 links at sticky thread of update24.

We don't use dotnet in gcpro so its not need to run gcpro..

clean your pc and use it will work. also try right click run as administrator.
