Hello team

I'm new user of gcpro; when I lunch exe I have windows installer launched wich want to install microsoft office; and I must wait for 30mn to get gcpro software lauched

what's the problem please ?

Maybe you have a virus on your pc

I can install directly the latest update or should I install oldest for the first time ?

Yes download from support and update card if still on old version

my gcpro box is not opening, tells me illegal software. though i opened software shotly after using redirector for a client, but i have uninstalled it, yet same error:

Remove flexihub or any other usb redirecting

Uninstall usbredirectort and his associate.. error is for "usbredirectortechssrv" found in your pc.
