yes it's possible to imei repair with efs wipe and cert

EFS Wipe with the (Zip)(Tar File Inside)?
For CERT: (which CERT do I use to Write ?)
(G920x or G925x or any S6 CERT ?)

Please shine some light because my S6 Active is currently has IMEI but No S/N.

I can fix your S/N, it's tar file, and cert you need keyid of it so other s6 cert's won't work

fixing sn is part of imei repair. but it can be fixed changed anytime there is no protection.
can you post us log of this phone imei repair but no sn ??
