That's not enough, ota updates have to disabled otherwise you'll lose the unlock after an update. Roaming has to be enabled, roam guards disabled, otherwise you'll have to press "1" before every call. Plus all the sprint crap like Sprint Zone, Fun&Games disabled unless you like to see popups all the time.
