Here's a tip, don't waste your time trying to read the code or direct unlock the G930T/G935T.
The lock is encrypted, thus you can only use the ASK/RPL solution.

For those who are still wondering how is it possible to have root with just a kernel file (boot.img), well, it's actually factory signed therefore it won't trip Knox, however it will only provide a shell root which is sufficient for unlocking/repair purposes. If you want true root, then you must run an additional script to load the SU binaries like this:

Yes it works, if phone is s7 works even with 2.79. S8 works with 2.82.

For only unlock and repair purposes, you don't have to do the script.
Full root is not "perfect" but acceptable.

Currently for the QC G930x there's this eng-boot-root available
Samsung_G930x_UVE4BQB1_v7.0.0_QC_Eng_Boot_Root_v20 17-03-01.TAR

And for the QC G935x this one gives the smoothest experience yet:
Samsung_G935x_UVE4BQH7_v7.0.0_QC_Eng_Boot_Root_v20 17-08-29.TAR
much better than
Samsung_G935x_UCE4BQA6_v7.0.0_QC_Eng_Boot_Root_v20 17-03-01.TAR

about unlock i know no need full root but i want add mobile data tongle on ATT TMB phone that y i need full root without Lag thanks billa

Also, in order to avoid those annoying boot-loops, just run this script BEFORE flashing an eng-boot to disable Samsung's Security+OTA. Some commands may show an error, which is fine since this is a generic script for many different models. I'd recommend running it again immediately AFTER the eng-boot flash just to be on the safe side. Must have ADB enabled, and to undo it simply do a factory reset or flash a full stock over it.

It is a .BAT, it means it is an executable file in windows, jus double clic and enjoy!!! (Of course you need adb installed in your PC, else you have to run this scrip from a folder who has it.)
