try to write NV backup or any backup back to the phone

Still no luck? Hardware. Check the power line to the modem IC and other components.

Still no luck? Forget about it and buy a new motherboard.

good luck

I can do it, tested by me on g935t, g935p, g935a models, via NV_REBUILD or EFS RESTORE. If you are stucked, send me PM and I can help you, for free.

Did you make it work via root and NV rebuild?

This is true, I had a couple of these caused by a bad charging port flex (the whole cable assembly not just the metal port connector). For example if you try to connect a G93xF to a G93xU or vice versa, it will make the MIPI fail, so must connect the correct original flex version. And of course sometimes can be caused by bad FMID chip, PID/VID, EFS/NV calibration. I'd suggest to try the charging port flex first, before wasting time messing with the software.
