Yes i try brother but it fails to read the msl.. therefore i cannot enable DM PORT. Can you suggest?

thank you for the reply. when i select the original port it fails everytime. but when i select the 50 port which is clearly not available at this time it success.

Hello
You need to read basic about com port & modems.
You have posted images which just say you try to read spc which fail. You do not need to read spc if diag is selected. press No when ask for spc/msl read.
