In latest firmware the lock is encrypted much like in an unlock app, so simple combo + unlock will probably not work... we'll see...

Flash the bin 6 combo then flash the modem from bin 5 combo. That is how other people reported success.

Not tested. But sound very promising

Will test then report later

It's amazing how that old rev-4 eng-boot is still working on the latest firmware versions, looks like binary restriction is disabled on it.
But unfortunately the party will be over once the latest firmware will block flashing this old eng-boot, lets hope not for a while.

So, what modem version should be flashed along with eng boot?

Some report to flash modem from combo 5, some from 4 - which one is correct?

Actually The correct solution is

Using stock Bin 6,

Flash ENG root,

Flash Combo 4 Modem

Then use GCpro to unlock

Tested and work great
