You need to download the unlock files,, Google it or on 4shared he process is simple no need for a box fist activate adb and oem, then you flash modem and carrier to root the device, finally the unlock batch file

Did that mine still says invalid sim...thanks anyway

You have to flash a couple of times, after . Flashing, check the usb ,debug, and oem are activated, and try again, it should boot. As Sprint after flashing, as soon as it. Boots unlock the screen, and run batchfile. You will see hidden menu with 3 options one will be sim lock. If u only have options in the menu flash it again, I've done a couple of them, and some take time to get it to work

I used nck. If not look for zte n9560 unlock fix. It comes with a zte flasher or if you have u.a.t. it should work just fine too. You just flash the modem and carrier files in edl mode
