Member: 860600 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1659487 Thanks Meter: 38 | To GSM FASTEST TEAM i have a complaint about your service in Samsung Reactivation ID Removal last week,till now you didn't give me Some Support how to Remove this. after your server success the process and they give me the email but still the phone is in activation lock. you said earlier in SKype the server will give me the email and pass so that i can log on to https://findmymobile.samsung.com. after the server succeeded and they give the email and pass. i log on to that web. so after that whats the next option? theres no option to change the email in the web.. yes the user and pass is working in the web, but when you input it in the phone,@grr.la is not supported.. Only Gmail.com is supported in the Phone. i try to communicate with my customer and i said input the email and pass into your phone, but sad to say he said its not supported email or error.. till now you did not reply my chat in skype, Hoping to hear a GoodFeed back from your team.. thank you. |
