Unsuccessful Unlock - Credits Taken Twice - Please Refund Hi support team, We have "attempted" to unlock a Samsung S7 (SM-G930W8) with OSS Client 8.2 TWICE with account: hqyzmsk11[at]oss-client[dot]com. We have a screenshot of the unlock process going through and credits being taken but the phone is still network locked. We tried to unlock this phone twice but still locked!
