I got this unlimited version and hardly used it in the past but its time to start on it now. I tried contacting oss on skype but no reply.

kindly reset my laptop and provide me new details please

i dn't have issue with sharing etc. its just i have not used for a while and i now need to use it on new laptop..plz reset asap.
