G610-C00 step 2/2 update failed - GSM-Forum

Help.

I download the update firmware put the folder in the root directory of mmc

I pass the step 1 but in step 2 failed.

How to solve this?

change your firmware and format your memory card to fat32

tried different 3 different firmware but the same problem occurred. MMC is 8gb fat 32.

Found this with solution for update failed but I don't know how to flash the files
recovery dot img and meta inf folder.

its firmware problem check backside of phone downlod firmware with correct model with same region
