How to extract Huawei Update.app to a flashable firmware for SP Tool
 

How to extract or convert HUAWEI Update.app to make it a flashable firmware for SP Tool ?


I find a manual in XDA but the file PrepareFiles.exe which makeic loader and scatter file SP tool is working only for a Specific model Honor 3C so I need it to work for all models .

that seems good but it won't work with qcom and hisilcon cpu's
