hello everyone
people who have this device and looking for any method to root their device without any risk
luckily i have this device too
so, as i have seen there's not enough thread about this model in the internet then i decided to share my knowledge

how to root
first u have to unlock the bootlaoder
https://emui.huawei.com/en/plugin/unlock/index

then after succefull unlock
download this file

extract it the file contain root file ( suemui ) and the twrp recovery (gr3-2017 twrp ) ]
use fastboot steps to
enter t0 fastboot by turn off the device and then hold volume down and attach usb cable
flash the recovery write this command

fastboot flash recovery gr3-2017-twrp.img
fastboot reboot
---
the device should reboot now

enter the recovery mode
install the root ( suemui ) file which has being extracted
hope if i helped anyone needed that

thank you for your post but i have a problem to access to recovery mode after flashing it it take me always to huawei eRcovery when i use pwr+vol UP keys

it's working thanks but can we get the last version of superSU for this model because after updating it asks always to update binary

trust me it doesn't matter even if u removed the su app
it gives all apps access to to root

use adb to get into twrp
use this command
; adb reboot recovery ;

i get this msg


daemon not running. starting it now at tcp 5073

can u help me to fix it

try to kill the server , its not ur device problem its the pc issue
try this cmd
adb kill-server
or reinstall adb

ok, first u need to know what was ur device build number before u got the problem
second , if u r lucky enough which i dont think ur device FRP state should be OFF
