Mate when do this procedure it ask for sactter file dont know where to select it and which scatter to select becuase there doesnt apear any popup window to select scatter file

BROM ERROR:S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL(2004)

P.S. HUAWEI G610-U20 is dead only vibrating

i do as you say now phone is dead .only show mediatek port
before it was huwaei logo.
Any solution?
