Please help me my huawei ascend y220-u00 freezes and selects applications on its own even after I hard reset it.

Download stock firmware from Here and flash it using sp flash tool. if your problem still remains the same then its hardware btw there is 70% chances that you phone is hardware faulty.

Please can you show me the steps to use in flashing my phone and also is the rom y220-u00 the same as y220-u10
