Hi all

I have a Huawei Ascend Y336-U02 that can make emergency calls only. in sttings all optins in SIM Card Management are inactive (Grey) also the menu ..More / Mobile Networs is inactive (Grey).I have tried 2 SIMs same result. what is wrong with this phone? can I repair it?

chek your imei and repair imei write nvm backup

these phones, according to the information i have are network locked. place the original sim and they should detect that sim normally.

Check if IMEI is valid by pressing *#06#.If not repair it.You can find alot of IMEI repair tools online(Mostly MTK IMEI Repair tools).Just google search.If the phone is spd(spreadtrum) based cpu phone,download pac file for the phone and flash it using "research download tool".That should repair nvram.For more info just let me know.
