huawei flashing error help ? p30 other models etc

Hello, i have trouble flashing huaweis. i make sure it is the same model i,e load it up in fastboot check the model and download the correct file but when i come to flash the file it fails either at vendor or product img which i do not understand how to flash huaweis as i got a few that is doing the same thing is there a guide or useful tips on how to flash huaweis ?

can they be downgraded or how to upgrade firmwares without getting error. i need to remove FRP devices on huawei devices which has the ( please unlock device to continue message ) i know there are certain firmware out there where we can by pass FRP through Safe Mode but i need to figure out how to downgrade and upgrade

Did u try putting phone in upgrade mode n flashing?hold volume up n volume down n power
